Today, on #WorldAutismAwarenessDay, we celebrate neurodiversity and acknowledge the value diversity of thought brings to the table.

We believe in the advantages of a neurodiverse workforce and the importance of creating an inclusive work environment for everyone. We seek to uplift talented individuals such as Wanda K. Deschamps, who brings a competitive edge and unique perspective to workforces.

At Abliminal, #AutismAcceptanceMonth is not a ‘once a year’ social initiative. We are committed to leveraging this community of multi-faceted, creative, and talented individuals as part of our journey to foster the strongest and most-inclusive workplace we possibly can.
